We had the best experience working with Loralee Wood. She is very friendly, professional and personable. She immediately made us feel at ease during the entire process. We moved from Colorado to North Las Vegas and most of our dealings were done remotely, however, Loralee went above and beyond to be our eyes and our ears. She was always there every time we needed anything. She even had her daughter, Callie Wood, take videos of the houses since we couldn’t be there in person. That made our decision much easier! Callie was great in assisting me with looking for and buying a house. She was no pressure and highly knowledgeable in multiple areas. I chose to work with Callie via a recommendation from a friend. She is definitely the go to for anything VA loan related and knows the process well. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions not only on the buying process but on the loan side itself as well. If Callie didn't know the answer, she would move heaven and earth to find the answer or to have someone contact me who did. Loralee is #1 for a reason! Purchasing a home in Las Vegas all the way from Texas seemed daunting, but right from the get go, I knew we were going to be in excellent hands. Loralee is such a vibrant person, easy to connect with, and you can tell that she LOVES her job! From phone calls and texts, to lots of searching (and I mean LOTS of searching), we were able to find a home that was perfect for our family.
