Loralee did an outstanding job in helping us purchase our first home. She is very knowledgeable with the market situation and location that we wanted. The battle for searching the right home was well fought which took a couple of months. The journey was worth the wait as the market made multiple fluctuations throughout our home search but her patience and understanding got us through. I am military and Loralee was recommended by my supervisor due to me having a hard time with another realtor. She contacted me right away and was amazing. I let her know what I was looking for and the price range and she listened and showed me what I was looking for. I’m very picky I wanted a house with no carpet $400K - $600K price range, no carpet, gated community and school zones of Arbor View, Shadow Ridge, and Centennial High, 4 bedroom, 3 baths, finished back yard. We started with newer homes the next day and they were all awesome. The first 2 days were new homes and the 3rd and 4th days were older homes. Everything she showed us exceeded our expectations. Not only that she was helpful in finding information about other services I was interested in (painter, bath room remodel, etc. She was able to help us find a home and it she did more than I ever expected. She knows what she’s doing what to ask for and is the sweetest. I also feel like even though we already are finished with closing she will be around to answer any questions I may have in the future she is absolutely amazing!!!!
